Cancellation / Refund Policy


Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on the email id provided at the time of registration if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by the customer
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case your product from the Factory has been shipped, but has not yet been delivered, contact us. Standard charges of cancellation fees will apply in this case. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

In order to cancel an item in your order:

- Log into your TAPEINDIAONLINE.COM account and go to the "My Orders" page
- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding "View Details" link
- In the detailed order page, you will see "Cancel" links against each of the items in that order
- Click on the "Cancel" link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

If you do not find a Cancel link on your page, it means that-
- The item has already been shipped by TAPEINDIAONLINE.COM
- The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it
- The item is non-refundable

After you request for a cancellation, it might take around 1-2 business days for the cancellation to happen, and the refund to be initiated. You will be notified of the proceedings.

If you opt for a refund through the same source as your initial transaction, it might take up to 7-10 days. If there is a delay, please contact the banks directly for more details.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.
